The Hayes at Stone is set in 10 acres of pasture and woodland. The Hayes at Stone provides a haven of peace and quiet in which artists, writers and others are able to explore their talent in the tranquil surroundings. The Hayes at Stone is one mile from the Canal Town of Stone, in Staffordshire.

The Hayes offers short and long term accommodation in one bedroom apartments of various sizes, communal and outdoor spaces for community activities.

Residents who left the Hayes in February 2012 (to start a life in the Islands of Scotland) said:
